Highland Pointe is a subdivision of 94 homes which is located about 3 miles from the historic downtown area of Lake Wales. It is a city, which is suburban in description and charm, yet it evokes, urban sophistication. Why? Access to many venues of entertainment for young and old alike, is only “a stone’s throw away.” There is a beautiful lake, with a wonderful walk path and historic Bok Tower Gardens just minutes away. The Orlando International Airport is only forty-five (45) minutes away. There are many other cultural and academic institutions within minutes of our reach. It is a beautiful location.

The vision of the Board of Directors is to garner everyone’s involvement in making our community aesthetically pleasing, and flavored with a kindred spirit.
